“They were out of every bread but herb and cheese. The staff was preoccupied with talking to their friends or "other" people behind the counter not wearing uniforms. The atmosphere felt like we were a burden to them, uninviting and cold. My son got the chicken bacon Swiss and got food poisoning. The meatballs were cold (not even hot enough to melt the cheese), out of roast beef, but the cookies were good.“

“I've been to many Wendy's and this one is at a truck stop right off the freeway. It was not very busy... 3 people in front of me, it took about 8-9 minutes for them to just take my order. I'm not sure why. It seemed like 4 people working. Cashier was professional but not a "good, welcoming" tupe professional. I know people go thru things... customer service can wear on some folks. The food was not the best, but edible. Fries were old and not hot... the nuggets were great, and hot. The double stack was basically drowned in sauces... and the bacon double stack... the bacon(if anyone would call it that) was seeming not crisped at all... and the flavor of the bacon was not good at all. The Dr.Pepper was on point out of the auto selector machine. Hope it was just a fluke visit... but still, I did eat it.

“We just got blizzards. I'm not sure if the machine isn't capable of mixing or what happened, but the first third was FILLED with candy. The bottom 2 thirds were vanilla icecream. It's still good icecream, but not ideal when you eat all the candy first and have nothing to mix.“

“Service was amazing! Older generation working, and you can see a HUGE difference in service from places that employ only young folk. They were respectful and civil, and the food was delicious. I would rather have older people serving me as a retirement gig than a young person who is disrespectful and has no pride in their work/ food. The place was very clean and well stocked.“

“A while back I wrote a review of the Hardee's in Lavonia. I was not very kind. The food was good but the service was terrible. Since that time this store has made a 180 degree change. The store has been remodeled. It is clean and nice. The food is still great but the biggest change is the staff. They are great. Quick and courteous. It is a joy to stop and have breakfast now. Thanks to the owners, you have done a great job and thanks to the staff. Y'all are wonderful.“

“Truthfully about a year ago, the food and service wasn’t worth anything. I stopped eating here. But, after about the summer time of 2022 everything picked up! The food is always hot, fresh, & amazing, the staff has great customer service!! I love it!! I eat here AT LEAST 2-3 times a week!! I eat here so much now the staff usually can tell my voice and know what my order is (I get the same thing) lol .“

“After we dropped my oldest Son Justin Taylor off at the Citgo in Canon Georgia Todd Cox and I went to the drive thru at Wendy's in Royston Georgia and then came back here where we currently live at Southern Oaks in Lavonia GA room 4 We were here until time to go pick my oldest Son Justin Taylor up from work and we are usually together! Unless he is at work and I drive him to work a lot!!!! 💯❤️😘😅“

“Tristin is super nice, delivered my food and everything was exactly as it should be, he read the notes I added and placed our food where we wanted. We’re regulars. Sometimes we pick up, and sometimes we have it delivered. 5 star experience anytime we order from here. Other staff is super nice as well. Never had an issue at all.However, next week I’m moving. Will miss this! Thanks for being what Papa John’s should be!“

“Armardia works morning shift. A very pretty lady.
She is ALWAYS so nice. She ALWAYS has a good attitude. She’s ALWAYS smiling. Literally, love seeing her every morning. Even when I’m not having a good day, going thru the drive thru and seeing her be so bubbly and “looks” excited to greet every customer is so refreshing. 🥰 She has amazing customer service.“

Ordered classic frozen lemonade looking forward to a good lemonade. Mix was way off... almost metallic tasting. Ended up not drinking it. Waste of money and really disappointed. Lemonade would have gotten a 1 today.“

“The actual store was clean and the manager was knowledgeable and personable. Pizza was tasty and hot. I was there a few months ago and left because of the lack of cleanliness. Today was a different story as it was Clean. Next update should be the physical store. Addie , the manager, deserves a shout out. She tried very hard and delivered a good product.“

“Early morning sandwich. Good for your sandwich needs. Won't go back, but that is only because it was a stop along a long road trip, and in no way reflects the quality of service... And the service was exceptional and the food was delicious.
