Shane's Rib Shack is a family-friendly restaurant serving absolutely delicious food. The staff provides great customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant is clean, although the floor can be sticky at times. A unique touch is the kid-friendly activity of drawing and coloring pictures to hang in the front windows. The BBQ is good, and the fries are fresh. However, there's room for improvement with take-out orders, particularly with hot sides being placed directly on styrofoam containers. Despite this, the staff is always willing to remake orders to ensure customer satisfaction. The cashier, in particular, is known for her sweet and respectful attitude.
