“I think it's wonderful that this location hires mutes because it can be really hard to find good employment with a disability. It would be good if they had some way to signal that your coffee is done though, like maybe a bell or something that way you don't have to just wait and wait when your coffee was actually already done and sitting on the counter for some time.“

“Customer service is amazing! I was a frequent customer two years ago, until my work hours changed, and I hadn't been back since then. I stopped by again a week ago around 9AM. Carson, barista, not only remembered me, but also remembered what I always ordered two years ago (my usual order back then was a little unusual). HE MADE MY DAY!!!
