“We visited the Cartersville location for a family members birthday. My boyfriend ordered his steak cooked medium well. When it arrived at the table it was well done. He was not happy but did not return it or say anything to our server. I ordered the Chicken and Strawberry salad. When it arrived, there was no Chicken on it. I made my server aware of the fact and she got me some Chicken. A family member ordered Chicken Fingers/Nuggets. She said there was alot of breading on them. It was rather cool in there and I am not one who normally gets cold.“

They informed Kevin the owner, next thing I know, I had a free drink from the bar and a large dessert for the whole family! What a great first experience at this establishment. “I just want to say thank you to the staff here at Longhorn. A week ago I had to put my dog down and called to get a steak to give my boy a great meal before he crossed over to the other side. I called in to find out what a steak cost by itself. I mentioned it didn't matter because it was for my dog and he only had one more day on the earth. I went in to grab it and pulled out my wallet and to my surprise the to go server let me know that things were taken care of. It might not have meant anything to you guys in the grand scheme of things, but it was a great gesture in the middle of a hard moment and I'm forever grateful for the act of kindness you guys showed.
