The atmosphere has a lowkey sophistication vibe about it so there’s no pressure to put on your Sunday best, so business casual would suffice. Lastly, the food…OMG! “My daughter and I were visiting from Florida, she googled for restaurants near us and 1885 Grill was suggested. Menu looked great and the prices are very reasonable, so we went! We had Michael as our server and he was beyond amazing!! So personable and professional. The fried green tomatoes were top notch!! My daughter enjoyed the burger. We liked it so much we went back there next day. My only regret was we weren’t in town longer!! Please ask for Michael, you won’t regret it!! Please let him know we hope he enjoyed Ruby Falls.“

“We used to go to the one in Ooltewah, it was our go to place when we was out of ideas, or we wanted cheap food quality Mexican food. This was our first time at the one in East Ridge and it didn't disappoint! The food was the same super quality as we know it from Ooltewah and the service was the same great service. “This place is as reliable as you can get. The teriyaki chicken bowl is so yummy and the portions are huge for the price. Easily lunch and dinner if you get the large for $12-13. The turn into the parking lot is a bit weird, but there is plenty of free parking. I would recommend this as a take-away, not dine in.“

“A-ma-zing!!! My hubby and I went on a Thursday when they have their lasagna special. l got the veggie lasagna and my hubby got the meat one. I’ve heard great things about this place but their lasagna is on another level. It was a flavor explosion in my mouth. I almost wept lol ? So good, so so good. And the bread buddy that is included was yum yum yum. Ask for the garlic oil to dip the bread. Out of this world! I will be coming back for this special again and to try their other items. “After several calls to Rock City Garden (no direct number to cafe), I wanted to check on this location for an anniversary lunch. I was given restaurant hours which included Monday’s. I was reluctantly transferred to cafe for other questions. Interestingly, the chef answered my call responding cafe was closed on Monday’s. Only light hor-d’oeuvre’s served on Monday’s which Rock City Gardens (how convenient when selling $50+ park passes) failed to disclose. The chef was strange up with help (5*’s); not so much with RCG’s. So Beware what’s lurking behind a phone call! Wish there was a way to Cafe 7 without going through a garden, particularly Rock City Garden.“

“Amigos will always be a family fav for us! So many amazing things that we love to order off their menu! They have many options to choose from.

Parking: There’s more than enough parking! Out of all the times my family & I have ever went, there’s always been a TON of open spaces for parking

Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of high chairs/booster seats for your little one. Unless they’ve recently changed/updated their menu, they also have a section just for the kiddos and I believe it’s located on the very back.

“I ordered the steak and chicken fajitas as I always do. They were good as always and the customer service is great the majority of the time. Most servers remember you and what you normally get if you frequent the place. Would recommend. Drinks are always good too. I just get a Long Island so my spectrum is not large regarding that.“

“The food was amazing! Compliments to the cook who prepared our steaks exactly how we wanted.
Our server Mary was beyond amazing! She was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very fast with our order and made sure to check on us frequently. I overheard two staff members talking and it was one of the girls first weeks I think, and the other staff member was encouraging her which is always great to hear.
The reason I'm leaving four stars though, is because the manager on shift seemed to be under the influence and was talking about other staff members loud enough for us to hear. Not very professional in my opinion and doesn't set a welcoming environment for guest. You could his frustration with one area not being to his cleaning standards and how the waitress could finish sweeping the rest of the area.“

They'd get more money from alcohol sales if people stuck around to shove expensive chicken nuggets drenched in sauces longer.

.. oh, and don't bother with the $20 boneless AND fries combo. These fries are more tasteless than Steak And Shake fries and of similar cut.“

“$10.79 for a package of inedible Milk Duds, candy bar and Smarties. The MD's were melted into a big ball, and I had to cut open the box and prise them out and chop up. Terrible. I love CB, but my last 3 visits have not been good and I've never got to use the rewards.“
