“Had an amazing time at ATL Hookah Lounge! Marco kept our hookah perfect all night, and Shantelle was so attentive and friendly. The manager was also incredibly professional and welcoming, stopping by our table to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, which really made the experience feel personal. “I’ve been here a few times, and overall the atmosphere has always been positive. However, the service we’ve received from Amber has been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, it has taken an excessive amount of time for us to receive our food, and she rarely checks in to see if we need anything. Closing out our bill has also been a major issue. We’ve had to wait far too long just to pay, and on one occasion we were still waiting past closing time for her to process our check. This level of service has been frustrating.“

High chairs and tables were a bit uncomfortable and too small for the three of us to have room for our food. Plenty of parking. Bring cash to get in. I didn't know they didn't accept cards. Down side, they put out two different flyers, one said free until 9pm, but says that an update had went out so they wouldn't honor it. I didn't appreciate it but I'm here now.“

She led us to our table, and as soon as we were seated, our waitress welcomed us, took our drink orders, and informed us of the day's specials. “While attending the Black Romance Book Fest in Atlanta, my book club, Books & Booze, visited Top Draft several times throughout the weekend. Its convenient location and welcoming atmosphere made it an easy favorite.

A special thank you to Ranard, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. One of his cocktail recommendations—a tequila twist on a classic lemon drop—quickly became our group's signature drink for the weekend. It was delicious!

Since the festival was hosted at the hotel, having Top Draft right there was incredibly convenient. Between sessions, events, and meeting up with friends, it was nice to have a place where we could grab food, drinks, and even take items to go without having to leave the property.

As a foodie, I wouldn't say the food was the highlight of my Atlanta experience, yet it absolutely served its purpose. The Old Bay wings, Brussels sprouts, nachos, and French fries were all enjoyable. Atlanta has plenty of standout food spots, however the busy festival schedule, convenience, service, and welcoming atmosphere made this a great option for our group.

The hospitality, the cocktail recommendation, and the overall service were the true highlights of our experience. We'd happily stop by again on our next visit.“

“This was an absolutely pleasant bar to go to, the staff was exceptionally friendly and amazing. I got a drink from a friend and ended up asking if they could make me a custom drink I really enjoyed. They approved it and made it perfectly and the cost was reasonable as well. All in all a lovely bar for a drink.

The food took some time but I ended up getting their specialty burger during FWA and it took them some time roughly 10 to 20 minutes, understandable as it was considerably busier than usual. I ordered my custom drink again through a notepad as I ended up being too socially anxious to talk during that time and they messed it up, understandable considering it wasn't on the typical list, they replaced my drink and let me keep the messed up drunk as well to pour into the new one which worked perfectly. The food tasted great and was quite filling though the fries felt like a little bit of a let down in how much you got. The fries were seasoned with a good amount of seasoning and didn't encounter fries missing any seasoning.“
