“So I came on a Saturday night, The music was great, The DJ had an awesome playlist!! However the crowd was so stiff. It was weird. My only regret is that I came alone, last minute decision on my end. I smoked hookah, the performance from PeeWee Longway was dope. The servers were all pretty and super sweet. The bathroom was clean enough for me to snap a quick picture.“

We ordered the truffle fries, wings, jerk lamb chops, soul rolls, and oxtail tacos—and every single dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The jerk lamb chops were especially unforgettable, and those oxtail tacos? Game changer. The drinks were just as impressive—highly recommend the lychee martinis, they were definitely a hit at our table. Great vibe, amazing food, and top-notch service. We'll definitely be back!“

“Had an amazing time at ATL Hookah Lounge! Marco kept our hookah perfect all night, and Shantelle was so attentive and friendly. The manager was also incredibly professional and welcoming, stopping by our table to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, which really made the experience feel personal. The service from everyone was outstanding, the food is a 10/10 fasho and it’s definitely one of the reasons I’ll be coming back. “Staff was excellent and accommodating in handling a surprise floral delivery to Haven, then to the table (it was Valentines, after all). Daniella, our server, was knowledgeable and attentive but not hovering. Our selections were timely served and hot. Her fish was well-prepared and flavorful. My gumbo was quite hot, once cooled, tasted great. Only dessert seemed to lag behind, as the tables had all filled up and the kitchen was undoubtedly busy. Noise level was up given the full facility, closeness of tables & concrete flooring. Had the interior been a bit warmer & less noisy, 5 stars would be no problem.“

“Started going here last week and have been three times since last week lol. This low-key might be one of my pregame spots as the ambience is so beautiful and subtle inside, grateful for a date night but also cool enough for a man to just have a drink and watch the games while listening to some soothing R&B music over a really good hot plate of food and a marvelous Bartender (CeCe) who makes some really satiating drinks. I felt very welcoming, coming in my first day to watch the Joe versus battle. Customer service is always a big stickler for me and the way Cece and her team looked after me didn’t go unnoticed as I’m apparently a return customer lol“

They didn't let me sample the two flavors of slushies which I was a bit taken aback by. Also the main nice outdoor space is no smoking. The only smoking area is a caged in square at the front entrance that wasn't the nicest vibe.“

“The Waiting Room is definitely one of the more unique local bars around. It has a really cool, eccentric atmosphere with fuzzy/furry furniture, big booths, and a laid-back vibe that still feels lively.

They usually have a DJ, so the music is definitely loud enough to dance and have a good time. It's a great spot whether you're going with a group, meeting up with a friend, or looking for something a little different for a date night. The big booths are especially nice when you have several people together.

There is usually a cover when there's a DJ—typically around $10 in my experience, although I've seen it higher on certain nights.

Overall, it's a fun place with good music, dancing, plenty of personality, and consistently good vibes. One of the better spots around if you want something relaxed and comfortable without sacrificing the nightlife atmosphere.“
