“I am including my date and time going through the drive thru because I didn’t catch names but I really feel like this woman deserves a shout out! I visited this location on 10/8 around 8:30am. The woman that took my order was so pleasant. Even more so when I got to the window to pay. I let her know how pleasant she was for an early morning! The pick up window was just as nice but the first impression starting with ordering was so nice in a world of so much chaos. She definitely deserves a shout out!“

“I eat here at least three times a week while working in this area. If you bring any issues to their attention, the managers handle it extremely well and they're very polite. I always get a fresh quarter pounder every time I visit and I appreciate the staff very very much.“

“Everyone I do a large pick order it is always correct and the people bring the food out are always so nice and do small talk. Always ask how your day is going. Offer sauces and ketchup which is nice.

“Aside from not actually being open 24/7,
Every time i had been to this location i get amazing service and my order always includes 2 mc chickens, no lettuce extra mayo and big mac sauce on the side. Every single time i am not left disappointed they make the food how food should be made, and they DONT do one squirt of mac sauce like the other places do! The employees are in good to decent moods when i am ordering which is okay never once did i have to even think about double checking my bag before leaving. I love this McDonalds and the service i receive! Y'all deserve a raise i know its not easy working fast food. 👏🏻“

“Went in about 2 weeks ago. This night there was one female worker and the rest men. So I was like "mannnn this bout to take forever" babbbbyyy I was in and out of line in less than 1:30 and my food was piping fresh. Literally best experience ever! And here I was thinking all men were slow lol“

“I was told I had to order on the kiosk as they were short staffed. It normally would not bother me but I came after going to eye doctor earlier that morning. Had a hard time seeing and finally another customer helped. The funny part was since I was paying with cash I still had to go to the cash register anyway.“

“I would like to share a positive experience I had with manager Jaharia. I placed a mobile order for a steak biscuit (no cheese), a round egg, and a hash brown. Upon arriving at my office, I discovered my steak was served on a bagel instead of a biscuit, and the hash brown was missing. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with Jaharia, explaining my situation and my workplace's proximity. I only wanted him to remember me so I could receive the correct order the following morning. However, Jaharia went above and beyond, correcting my order and personally delivering it to me. His kindness and exceptional service truly brightened my day and restored my faith in customer service. “TISET was the sweetest individual I’ve ever had at this location. Mentioned it to the manager as I was leaving but she had no interest in what I had to say. Needless to say I rarely use this location bc of the horrible customer service. The manager on shift this morning and definitely needed to smile about 10 times more. HOWEVER, Tiset was a wonderful exception and EXTREMELY SWEET!

UPDATE: order wrong bc of the back end not TISET WHO TOOK MY ORDER. Had to turn around and they even had the balls to short us on a hash brown. Why is McDonald’s getting so greedy and yet overpriced“

“There are some definite improvements that can be made (and some that can't, like the unfortunate parking lot location and design), but in a pinch, it's fine. It's McDonald's; you know what you're getting. The workers are usually between cordial and friendly, and the order is right most of the time. It's unfortunate that prices seem to be getting out of hand recently (That's more corporate's fault than theirs).“
