“Tim and his crew are the example of what makes McDonald’s customer service should be. they are the kindest and the most respectable young group of people that I have seen in Columbus Georgia since I have been here in 2017 they go above and beyond with no hesitation time and time again and have no grips and have no complaints no attitudes and will do it without asking and with a smile they treat you so kind and make you come back again and again I love to go there. I am not a fast food person I came and spent the last dimes the last of my money and I did not mine. I love this place.!!!!! I do DoorDash and I go to a lot of places, but this is the most friendliest place. I have seen yet.“
“Aside from not actually being open 24/7,
Every time i had been to this location i get amazing service and my order always includes 2 mc chickens, no lettuce extra mayo and big mac sauce on the side. Every single time i am not left disappointed they make the food how food should be made, and they DONT do one squirt of mac sauce like the other places do! The employees are in good to decent moods when i am ordering which is okay never once did i have to even think about double checking my bag before leaving. I love this McDonalds and the service i receive! Y'all deserve a raise i know its not easy working fast food. 👏🏻“
“Went in about 2 weeks ago. This night there was one female worker and the rest men. So I was like "mannnn this bout to take forever" babbbbyyy I was in and out of line in less than 1:30 and my food was piping fresh. Literally best experience ever! And here I was thinking all men were slow lol“
“The lady in the window was extremely polite very professional, even though I had to change my order at the window and do an add-on she did it with ease. I got two steak egg and cheese bagels with the round eggs. I'm from Florida and these were by far the best ones I've eaten yet.“
“There was an issue with my order and upon arriving I was met by The Owner Jim and was accommodated and treated with care as a human being and valued customer. He excitingly went above and beyond to rectify any issue I had with my order . 5 stars will be visiting again!“
“I was told I had to order on the kiosk as they were short staffed. It normally would not bother me but I came after going to eye doctor earlier that morning. Had a hard time seeing and finally another customer helped. The funny part was since I was paying with cash I still had to go to the cash register anyway.“

“The food was awful the bun was hard it tasted like it was sitting all day! I would have taken it back but drive thru to home.Today I went back to try it again it was also better and hot but is it because I ate inside? Need to try drive in to see if I get same results as today.“
“There are some definite improvements that can be made (and some that can't, like the unfortunate parking lot location and design), but in a pinch, it's fine. It's McDonald's; you know what you're getting. The workers are usually between cordial and friendly, and the order is right most of the time. It's unfortunate that prices seem to be getting out of hand recently (That's more corporate's fault than theirs).“
“Bad, bad service. Had to wait 1/2 hour for my curbside order. At the end I had to walk in to the store. Greasy floor and dirty kitchen. Employes don't care about costumers inside. Airport thruway was one of my favorites stores, not anymore.“
