Went there for an office lunch. I tries the shrimp and rice plate. The shrimp was umami spicy, not hot spicy; they were great. The rice was incredibly tasty. Would definitely go back to try other menu items.

Santo Corazon Mexican GastroBar is a favorite for Mexican food, with amazing food, drinks, and atmosphere. The parking situation is the only thing that doesn’t let it give a 5 star. Visitors can try the shrimp and rice plate, with shrimp that was umami spicy, not hot spicy, and incredibly tasty rice. The martinis are so good, and the birria ramen and ceviche are also amazing. Everything is so flavorful, fresh, and always makes for a great experience. The staff is always nice and courteous. Guests can order the birria tacos and pizza, a plain chicken taco and fries, and the guacamole on the l bar was so fresh and DELICIOUS. The Pollito Loco with grilled chicken and shrimp is loved. The atmosphere initially drew people in and the service will have them coming back for more, and to try other dishes. The fresh guacamole and the salmon salad are always a go to. Great service is available at the bar.
