In world obsessed with bashing on social media, not enough people take the time to recognize those who go above and beyond....Shane's rib shack on Veterans Parkway in Columbus is on our lunch list at least once a week at the office. The food quality is always on point and I can't say enough about the staff...friendly and professional! Thank you for busting your tail for all us hungry people in the community. 5 Stars 😊
Excellent service on the evening shift. We had our own order wrong and the young man working there went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Usually, you don’t get good services in restaurants that close to closing time. Not the case with Shane’s, though. Excellent to the last minute. It is greatly appreciated!
