yes sometimes it's a wait ,I don't mind.... the treat is whether the wait😁....
The decline in service has been evident the last few months, but this more recent visit proved this location is subpar to say the least. The thing taking our order gave no introduction, rushed us even though we hadn't completed the order, then when we asked for patience it ignored us until we left. People should not work jobs they're not competent enough to handle.
I genuinely don’t know if the issue at this location is the speaker system, understaffing, or something else, but ordering here has consistently been frustrating.
I tried using the drive-in stalls twice. Both times, I pressed the red button once or twice and waited, but no one responded. I didn’t even get a quick acknowledgment. Because of that, I started using the drive-thru instead, thinking it would be easier.
