Bottom of buns were hard like they had been premade and my cheese was not melted. Have had issues before but decided to give them another chance. That WILL NOT happen again! Lesson learned!

Krystal is a great place with excellent service and delicious food. The two gentlemen working there do an outstanding job. Customers are welcomed by a very professional and kind staff, creating a great experience. The smell of the Krystal cheeseburgers with onions is simply amazing. Whether someone is a regular or visiting from out of town, Krystal is a must-visit for a quick and tasty meal. Many customers say they always stop there for their #1 with extra cheese, extra condiments, and sweet tea, and the food is consistently good. Although the restaurant may look a bit dated and could use some TLC, the food and service remain outstanding.
