I didn't have any problems with the people here. The beer was cold and the food was good. In the early evening there wasn't a crowd and it wasn't loud. It's definitely a dive honky tonk kind of a place. Stay aware of your surroundings and enjoy the experience.
I have been stopping here for 20 years the food is great the people are friendly the prices are good and the patrons there well let's just say they've never met a stranger I highly recommend this place it's not only a local Honky Tonk but it's an icon for truckers... Update!!! I also met an incredibly beautiful lady there the night I wrote this review and always stayed in contact. I fell hopelessly in love with her and she is moving up to Virginia to make my house a home.... Thanks...read full review

Although it was a nice venue, management did not have enough servers or bartenders on hand. The staff was great, friendly, and did the best they could with what they had. Would gladly go back IF there were more servers and bartenders.
