“I ordered a salad for pickup at the other chipotle on 138 and they told me that were completely out of dressing which was so sad because the dressing is essential for their salad in my opinion… so I ended up driving over to this chipotle on my way home and asked them for a side of the dressing and they were so nice about it and gave it to me! I also just really liked the layout in there way better. The pickup counter is accessible to you to grab your order vs at the other chipotle on 138 it’s behind the counter and you have to wait forever for an employee to retrieve it for you which is awkward when you’re not in the in store ordering line yet just sort of standing by there waiting for someone to assist with pickup. It’s a terrible setup and it takes forever. It feels super awkward standing there waiting for someone to assist with simply grabbing your order, and you’re in the way of the in store order line but with nowhere else to go. Also, they will mark orders in the app as ready when they haven’t even been made yet. This chipotle also just seems nicer- nice layout, super clean and nice. Will be going here from now on!“
“On Oct 1, 2025 is the first and last time I use online service. I asked for my pickup to be ready at 6:00 pm. I walked through the door at 6:00 on the dot. There was another person ahead of me waiting for their order. I asked how long they had been waiting she gave her name and no one bothered to look for her dish. So I walked up to the counter hoping to be acknowledged and was ignored. Then the young lady asked us both our names 7 minutes after we had been standing there. To the management team this is unacceptable to have people waiting without being acknowledged of a person or person’s presence“
