Very horrible. Order ahead and went to pick up. Stood there for 38 minutes, and they kept asking me what did I order. I asked why was i notified tha my order was ready. Was told they have yo bumped it off so not to show late. Will never go back

Siar had excellent customer service. He was patient, kind, and gave good portions (unlike other locations)!
I really used to like this Chipotle, but this is the second time I’ve come up there and they’ve given me the wrong order and wrong food. I had to turn around because I noticed my chips weren’t in the bag today. When I got home and opened my bowl, I saw they had given me a different order than what I asked for with someone else’s name on it. This is the second time this has happened in a month.

This new Chipotle Mexican Grill location on Salem Rd receives strong praise for its delicious, fresh food and pleasant atmosphere.
