This is definitely one of my favorite chains! I'm always happy with the service and the upkeep of their locations.
I recently had a great experience at Chicken Salad Chick. Amanda, the cashier, was incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. She provided exceptional customer service and was attentive to everyone in the dining room.

First, I’m so glad Covington finally has a Chicken Salad Chick location. I loved my experience in their drive thru today. Their associate, Taylor, was so friendly that you can feel her smile through the speaker. Then at the window, her kindness continued as she was helpful and cheery and it just made me valued as a customer. Give her a raise!
