terrible portions and soggy
The chipolane wait time is ridiculous. Had i known i would be waiting in line 20 minutes past my pick up time i would have chose the in store pick up! I have never in my life waited to long in a drive thru.
Shout out to Sandra who was HUSTLING to take care of all the customers alone while 8 other employees (I counted) stood around and did nothing. I waited in line for over 15 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me. Once I actually sat down to eat my food my tortilla chips were stale and the while experience was disappointing.
