I love this Panda Express, more than all others. The hospitality and service is amazing. There was a slight delay in my order and staff got me a free drink as an apology for the wait, unprompted. Favour is the man and he was so nice and welcoming. I’ve eaten at this Panda Express weekly for the past month. The service and the cleanliness sets it apart.
My all time takeout place

Panda Express in Cumming offers an exceptional dining experience with amazing hospitality and service. The restaurant is brand new, well-made, and exceptionally clean. Staff members, including Favor and Eileen, provide helpful suggestions and personalized service, ensuring customers feel welcomed. A slight delay in one order was handled graciously with a complimentary drink. The food is praised for its fantastic quality, with meals like the Panda Cub Meal, which includes fried rice, mushroom chicken, and apple crisp, offering great value. Overall, the combination of great food, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service makes this location stand out among others.
