Based on the reviews, Bep Pho & Grill serves flavorful and consistent pho, with a broth that is not too sweet and has no funny taste. The Chicken Pho and Spicy beef noodle (Bún bò Huế) are both great, and the Egg Coffee is incredibly creamy and buttery, though quite sweet. The food is amazing and feels like being back in a home country, making it a favorite regular spot for some.
However, the service is consistently described as garbage and slow. Customers have had to seat themselves, get their own menus, and wait over 10 minutes for service, even when the restaurant is slow. There are major issues with kitchen management, leading to extremely long wait times for both Uber Eats and pickup orders, with orders often taking over an hour. The ticketing system seems non-functional, and orders have arrived incorrect. Despite the good food, the poor service and long wait times are significant problems.
