We have gone to this subway multiple times and always good service and good sandwiches. We are picky too, went to the subway in John's Creek on Medlock Bridge last week (in strip shopping center just north of Parsons Road) and bread was stale. We just went today, and were eating when this bully woman came in and demanded woman serving to refund her money in cash (she paid with credit card) and to do it before she even finished waiting on customers she was serving because apparently...read full review
Food was well prepared. Disappointed with the limited menu. Several standard items were covered up on the menu and not available. Signs that say they are not participating in national coupon offer

During the week (Monday through Friday) the staff is great. I get a good protein bowl with hot chicken. Today is Saturday Jan 20, 2024...half a bowl of food and the chicken is COLD. i'm very disappointed (and still hungry) and will be taking my money to a different place for lunch on saturdays. I paid 10 bucks for half a bowl food. Not going to happen again.
