“Been coming for years and coming back for years! Best sushi place in town! Everything is good while we enjoy the tempura and salad because of the sumptuous dressing. Fresh fish, yellow tail, salmon, tuna and others. Good rolls. It can get busy so relax and enjoy the masters are work! Try to Orion beer from Okinawa or a glass of wine!“

“We went to Ichiban in Cumming on Sunday 7/6/25 with 8 people for a birthday celebration. CARMELLO was our chef and he was absolutely wonderful! He was engaging, funny, skilled and professional. He cooked our steaks to perfection and served our meal in a fun, organized manner. He made our experience a great one and we will definitely be back for our next celebration!“

“I moved to the area almost 2 years ago and have come here at least once every other week, sometimes more. I'm usually by myself and they are so kind to me. They know my order by heart now and always prepare it perfectly. I always get extra spicy everything with an extra entree to go home for lunch the next day. They always have it packaged up and ready to go when I pay my bill. That even started making spicy soy sauce to go with my dumplings. I love it here“

“OMG, this is probably the best restaurant in Forsyth county. If you haven't tried their sesame chicken with a side of broccoli, it is to die for! I probably only go there once a month on a Thursday when I'm on that side of town to teach a class. but they still remember me, and they remember my order without me even having to say anything and that kind of service you just can't pay for.“

“Freshest and best sushi I’ve found in the area. My son loves the ramen 🍜. We order at least once a week. They have a unique menu and their hot green tea is delicious. Service is excellent as well and the restaurant is super clean. I can’t say enough great things about this new Japanese restaurant in Cumming.“
