Get over yourself people the staff here at this store are amazing I’ve never had a bad experience. They know my name ever time I come in. You get what you receive be nice and get the service you deserve. I’m all in on this location. If you can’t afford the coffee try water it’s free. 🤘“

“Just so everyone knows.... all the following negative reviews for Dacula Starbucks, the manager, and other baristas... are simply an attack on the manager from a sad, sad source who used “friends” to post for them.... and they are completely untrue. Ironic, don’t you think, that they were all posted on the same day (or 1 day apart) and discuss instances happening in the lobby when the lobby isn’t even open yet. #getalife #growup“

“I was picking up an order for my work snd didn't have enough for the total order so I took something off. The lady at the window came to bring me my order and brought me the drink I had to remove Thanks for your kindness. it didn't go unnoticed.“

“Overall very clean location. They have machines for ordering everything and orders come out at the front. Staff was very fast with little wait time in between customers. They call out your number to let you know your order is ready. I was in and out in around 3 minutes. Very satisfied, will definitely visit again ?

Kid-friendliness: They display the toys in display boxes at children's height so they can see what toys are coming with the happy meals, great for kids to see and anticipate their meal“

“I just left there drive thru 3/28/25 at 12:12 a.m and I had the most wonderful customer service experience with there cashier who took my order William Parker, he made sure my food was fresh to order and he was very friendly and had a wonderful smile, I enjoyed talking to you, Thank you William!!“

“i dont write reviews alot but i wanted to cus this location deserves more than a 3 star. theyre so nice here like nicer than chicfila lol. i just came right before closing and they had to make fresh fries but they were so nice to me and bagged my sauces in a clear bag all neatly. and like 2 weeks ago it took a little long for my meal to come out and they put in a free apple pie. i love this location so sweet like every single worker here“
