Cavender Creek Vineyards Reviews
A beautiful Winery with amazing staff!! A true must if you are looking to visit North Georgia!
Excellent service and family friendly, We had a wonderful time. I recommend that if you’re in Georgia you visit Cavender Creek Vineyards & Winery.
We have loved coming here in the past but we’re so disappointed in the new ownership. No dogs and kids inside is completely understandable. Not allowing them in the rustic outside is surprising. We have been to wineries all across the country and have never encountered this issue even in Napa. To not be family friendly OUTSIDE at a mid tier winery in Dahlonega is shocking. Cavender Creek Vineyards is a charming winery that offers a variety of wines and a nice selection of snacks. The venue features indoor and outdoor seating, including a covered area, with plenty of outdoor space, fire pits, and grounds to explore. Visitors can enjoy live music, wine tastings, and a cute wine shop. The sweet tasting is especially popular, and the wines are well-loved. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, making it perfect for a day out, especially after a hike or during different seasons. The vineyard is a warm gathering spot, full of love, where guests can also hang out with friendly donkeys and explore rustic houses available for stay. While it can get lively with kids running around, many find it a wonderful place to relax, enjoy good wine, and spend quality time with friends. The hosts are gracious, and the spaces are comfortable and quiet. The dog is friendly and often tired from meeting many visitors. The place is lively but still peaceful, and the staff, including Ella and Kathy, make the experience even better. Overall, it’s a great spot to sample several wines and enjoy beautiful views.
