When I walked in, I heard Chinese-style light music, which made me feel very happy. I like the Mongolian beef and sesame chicken here the most. I am very sure that their cooking techniques are better than most Chinese restaurants. Yes, I will do it again.
This is THE place to go for authentic Chinese food in Dalton. A good bit of the menu reminds me of my grandma's cooking, and the atmosphere and service remind me of the motherland. I always opt for one of the Chef Specialties such as the Chow Fun or the Singapore noodles, but I also like the Mongolian Beef (I recommend the sugar-free variant). Whenever I have the urge for Chinese food, this is where I go. I almost always get the sweet and sour chicken because it is excellent. Not anymore. It looks like small eggs on the plate, and the taste is way different. Too me it's only fair.
