“I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name at the drive thru who took our order. We had a large order (6 meals) and 3 of them were special requests. The cashier was pleasant, did not appear pressured (despite the long line), and got the order just right. When we made it to the window, she continued with excellent customer service. As we pulled up to the next window, the next young lady was just as polite and asked us to pull forward. Finally, the young lady that ran food out to us had the same politeness. Great customer service is not as common as it once was but this visit was a breath of fresh air.“
