Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Decatur

“I was surprised at the great experience I had at this Popeyes. I love fried chicken, as many do. I believe Popeyes has the best fried chicken. That doesn't mean you can get decent customer service. Let me be clear, because I'm not sure which one is asking for the review. It was the popeyes at 2578 Candler Rd. Decatur GA. 30032. The food was fresh and really good. The customer service was outstanding. They service like, this is what we do all the time.(It seemed second nature to them). I have to say sorry, because I think, because of where they are located, my expectations were low. I was so wrong. If you're in the area, it's a great place to dine. Please keep up the good work, customer service is a lost art, these days!“

“Ordered online which was simple to navigate. Arrived and was greeted. One item was out that I had ordered and I was asked if the other option was OK. Staff notified how long my food would be. Food was nice and hot when I picked it up. The inside of the establishment appeared inviting and clean.
One negative, was that I had asked for some napkins and they had some wet spots on it. Overall great visit.“

“I really appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant.
I am highly allergic to shrimp and this particular Popeyes do not cross contaminate.

The very nice young man who took my order assured me that they cook their chicken in its own oil and not in the same oil as the shrimp.
