“Latesse is an amazing manager. I came in there Tuesday night and had a crazy experience. I ordered my normal five junior bacon Cheeseburger bags. They asked me to pull down to help with their drive-through so it doesn’t get messed up waiting on my five bags. So I pull down no problem. I love this Wendy’s location. They handed me a bag at about a five minute wait and they told me all of it was in one bag. Well, we recently bought a house in this neighborhood Once I get home and I start unloading the food, I only have three junior bacon cheeseburger bags. Highly upset because I was tired I had just got off work. Me and my husband did not enjoy a junior bacon cheeseburger bag that night. calling the manager They asked me to come back up there. I Didn’t return because I was tired. But the manager did tell me she put my name down in a book and that I could just return on another day. Well, that’s what I did. I came in today, Thursday, October 9 Letesse made sure I was taken care of and got fresh food. Her energy is great. She’s very positive and I will be returning.“

“This is the place where you go to get spicy nuggets without spicy breading. Extra onions means only one ring extra. And a place you get a medium fry when you pay for a large! btw, there are no flavors available in the Coca-Cola machine, nor is there a tea urn!
Update; nearly 2/3rds Coca-Cola flavors but still No tea urn. Still have to go back and ask for onions and mustard. Got the correct size fry and the nuggets are spicy.“

“I normally don’t do fast-food restaurants because I’m big on controlling the environment cleanliness, customer service, the whole experience. I’m a sit-down, five-star dining type of person. But my daughter wanted Wendy’s for lunch today, and because she is truly an amazing young lady, I decided to surprise her and get what she likes.
Let me just say this… Miss Diamond and Mr. Xavier were PHENOMENAL.
Mr. Xavier greeted me with top-notch care. Absolutely amazing — God is truly on his life. And Miss Diamond was just as wonderful. Both of them had beautiful smiles, were professional, and took great care in making sure my daughter’s food was right.
This was honestly a great experience for me, especially since I don’t usually go to fast food. The food was hot, fresh, and came out fast. Their customer service really made my day.

“Clean establishment the customer service could be better. Food was fresh and good. I ordered chili which was on point, vanilla frosty and medium fries. Everything was good.
