“Seriously the best cupcake I've had in San Antonio. It's not absurdly sweet and the flavor is strong and balanced. The frosting does not leave a film at the roof of the mouth like conventional cupcakes do. So worth it and great for those with dairy and egg allergies because it's vegan!“

“I want to thank the Johns Creek Egg Harbor Cafe for a great luncheon experience yesterday! Justin and Ramsey helped me set up a reservation for 24 of my friends. All the arrangements went very smoothly. Alley was our AMAZING waitress! She was obviously used to taking care of large groups. “*Photos coming soon* This was the best breakfast experience I have had in years! Let me be clear, i live for breakfast food and will seek it out at any meal of the day if the fancy strikes me. It was very busy being a Sunday in the late morning but our wait was short and ended up with seats at the bar. This turned out to be fantastic because the staff behind the counter/bar were great. To top it off the food was exceptional!

The food was fresh made to order and I have nothing but praise for it. The timeliness coming from the kitchen was on point. And to their credit, we ordered a lot of food for just two people. We made this an event and it was worth it. Bacon, pork belly, pancakes, stuffed French toast, eggs benedict, and some excellent beverages made for a great meal and tons of leftovers. Nothing was basic and each item had a unique and exceptionally complimenting twist to your basic idea of these staple breakfast dishes.

Service with a smile. The staff all had great attitudes even when the place was packed and nearing midday.

It seemed like the perfect balance of chaos and coordination inside. The only thing that looked remotely out of place was the congestion at the door where groups were waiting for tables to become available. I will note that people unwilling to sit at the counter as spots became available did wait for quite a while. We were leaving when a couple that was waiting before we even arrived was just being seated. Like I said, busy.

To wrap this place up, 10/10 highly recommend. If its a short drive for you then make it a point to try this place if you haven't. If it hours away? Plan accordingly to beat the rush. I promise you will not be dissapointed.“

It was 5:00 a.m. and I was just getting off Uber. I wanted to have some breakfast before going home. I was very happy to find this place. “We were looking for an all day breakfast place near my family‘s home in Atlanta. This place happened to be literally around the corner. It’s a very lively room and the service was excellent. “Blue Chip has fresh and rotating lunch options daily, as well as a balance of options across all food groups. The team is very hardworking, especially Gabby and Ana. I have been to Blue Chip countless times and they both consistently multitask and work in an incredibly fast-paced environment to deliver lunch to hundreds and hundreds of customers each day. They both greet me by name every time I visit (3-4 times a week) and truly get to know customers, despite the large amount of customers. Gabby is constantly quickly checking out customers (often times multiple customers at once) to facilitate the flow of patrons. I honestly think it only takes 10 seconds for her to input my order and for me to pay - I’m always impressed. She also regularly aids with other aspects of the kitchen, helping serve customers/clean up when needed/restocking the many utensils/sauces/seasonings. My friends and coworkers often comment on how efficient, kind, and hard working she is. Lunch may be a small part of our days, but it’s always wonderful to see Gabby and Ana at Blue Chip.“
