Burger King in Doraville

“i was lost and needed to get something to eat and stopped at this establishment, i placed my order thru drive thru and first let me say they were very polite and my food was correct, now i have been few places and my order gets screwed up, i told the gentlemen exactly how i wanted my burger and yes i am picky but he said i can have it my way and it was exactly like i ordered. Once at window the young man served me with a smile and politeness and even a joke, you know on that day i was not my best and was ready to battle but this young man made my day. Now i am the type that ask the other customers is he always like this and all regulars said the same thing that he is. Well i don't live in that area at all and to test the theory I came back with my friends and he was the same way. My friends were really impressed with his customer service and politeness. We compared the other Burger Kings and nothing like this, one friend had use restroom and she stated it was clean and stocked and dining area was clean also. The only thing we could see for his name was a J. In this day and age politeness and great customer service is hard to find, so the few times I went I was impressed and its hard to impress me and my friends. So Burger King keep it up“

“The ONLY reason I’m giving this 5 stars is for the customer service I received from Samuel!!! Omg he went above and beyond from the time we pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru! Then when we got to the window he greeted us with the biggest smile. Small things like this can turn anyone’s bad day to a brighter day!

I lived less than 5 minutes away from this BK for four years and stopped going bc of the quality of food and service I receive, however Samuel makes me wanna return again!“
