“I've eaten in person and I've placed an order online and each time I received great service. When we sat down, they Associate wasted no time asking for our drink. Our order was taken and it came out hot and ready to eat. When I went to pick up my order, or was ready and I didn't have to wait.“

“This is one of the best I've been too! I love the one in Jasper but this location was even better! Everything was cooked to perfection and very delicious! I got the All-Star special. The staff is super nice and attentive. Our waitress was Toya, she's wonderful!!!!“

“We come to this location a couple times a year & always have good service & food but today I just thought I should give a special shout-out for Mariah (sp?)…… she was absolutely adorable, joyful & attentive. It was my granddaughter & I with one of my best friends and Mariah just added the cherry on top with her cheerful & responsive disposition. She definitely deserves props! Thanks Mariah!!!☀️“

“This place is always empty when I come in. The stuff are always very polite and professional, the atmosphere is peaceful. Best waffle house to stop at from i20.
Oh truckers.. you can par on the side of the ramp and walk here. Very close to the exit.“

“I’ve ordered food from this Waffle House a few times late at night. Not only has my food been consistently good, everything is always in the bag when I get home. By “everything” I mean the right food, utensils, syrup, butter, jam, the works! When you can order pickup from a restaurant, not the check the bag until you’re home, and everything’s there the way it should be… it’s a win. 10/10, would definitely recommend.“

“On a road trip form NJ to MS. Stopped in to get some coffee. The young women serving were super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. I would definitely stop again if I were in the area.“

“Our server kamiya was sweet and kind and tried real hard. She put out ticket in and 20 mins later the cook told he did not get it. She apologized to us and retook our order and put it in again.Then the cook Mimo was getting on to her because he ended up receiving the ticket twice.Because he told her, he did not get the first one.He was getting onto her so loudly that we could hear him out here in the dining room.And then he didn't even make our food correctly, because he was so mad.And irritated, he was talking to the servers like they were trash.If this is the kind of atmosphere that we're gonna have when we come here.I do not want to come back.Somebody needs to do something about that cook.He has no right to treat those servers like that.“

“I walked over from my hotel when I arrived about 4 AM after going to an EDM event with 4 DJs. I was starving and had no idea what I wanted until I saw the picture of the Chicken and Waffles in the menu. I've had lots of food from IHOP before, but that was something new for me. I enjoyed it. Would definitely get it again sometime.“
