Ordered a cookie for a birthday today. My phone says it’s dated for today they say their receipt for tomorrow all because they don’t have a decorator today. Tells me I can have the cookie tomorrow WHEN I CLEARLY NEEDED IT FOR TODAY. Then tells me I can’t even have a refund because it was a preorder but they haven’t even made it so why can’t it be cancelled and refunded? Why did the website let me order it for today? We got one of your cookies for our 13 year olds birthday and turned out wonderfully in design and taste. We will definitely be back!
I was not impressed with American Cookie Company in Mandeviile , La. I. Bought a $71.00 square cookie cake with the fish decoration on it. Just one big fish !!! On the web site it was $59.00. At the store the same cake was $71.00. Was not even fresh. Very disappointed.
