Marco's Pizza in Douglasville

“This has become our go to pizza place. They are always friendly and the quality is always great. Shout out to the Manager on duty tonight Brandon Williams this was the first time something was left off the order and when I called about it I was not met with any kind of attitude and he immediately made up for it. We never expect a place to be perfect, especially on a Friday night, but how issues are handled says a lot. We will continue to make this a weekend pizza night place.“

“Marco's pizza Chapel Hill is fantastic! The manager is awesome & I love the way he interacts with his staff. Food was great & he gave me a drink for $1 as a gesture! The restaurant was clean & had a great atmosphere! Again thank you Marcos, I will be back.“

“Pizza from Marco's is always a hit. The service, however, was a miss tonight. The only person that was remotely helpful or friendly was the lady with 2-tone hair. She was the only one to acknowledge me when I entered the store. She communicated to me that there was still a wait for my order. I asked if I could go ahead and pay for my order while I waited and she was about to help me before another worker told her they were too backed up and that she would handle front. The second worker then proceeded to not come over to assist me with my payment or even communicate that she would take my payment once the pizza was ready. I know it can be challenging to work through a rush but a little communication goes a long way.“
