McDonald's is a restaurant that has received mixed reviews. Some customers praise the staff for their communication and efficiency, while others mention long wait times and mistakes in orders. The restaurant can get busy, especially during lunch hours, and the lobby can sometimes be dirty. However, the drive-thru often has a shorter wait time, and the parking lot remains clean and well-maintained. Some customers have pointed out that the restaurant is sometimes understaffed, which can lead to inconsistent operating hours. Despite these challenges, many appreciate the convenience of ordering through the app and the effort made by the staff to provide a smooth experience.
Recently, some customers have experienced issues with their orders, with one mentioning multiple mistakes before being offered a free meal. On a positive note, another customer shared that they received fresh food after waiting for 15 minutes, while someone else highlighted the excellent service when they were able to get breakfast sandwiches even after the official cut-off time. This shows that while the service can be inconsistent, there are moments of great customer care. Overall, McDonald's could improve by paying its employees a living wage, which would likely lead to better service and customer satisfaction.
