“As a long time Hilton Honors member travelling for work, this has been one of the better properties I have stayed at. They give me maximum points. No tricks (like breakfast I thought was free but actually costed me a bunch of points). Good help from the staff. Very friendly.“

“Brayden made me the best drink ever! He took time with my order, gave me everything I wanted, and even sang me a birthday song at the window and the speaker! He is an amazing barista and truly loves his job. I ask for Brayden everytime I order at this location, he will get you drink spot on every time!

“The customer service here is spectacular. The team communicates efficiently to each other very often. Didn't even know it was a thing for the workers to wash their hands every 1/2 hour but their manager made it very evident. Also, a barista offered us complementary samples of a new drink which was fantastic. Another worker walked the cafe and offered waters to everyone. Great atmosphere and place to do some work. My favorite Starbuck's experience so far.“

“I'm shocked by all the bad reviews on here. I scanned through and they don't really reflect what I have witnessed for myself. Although people only tend to write reviews when something doesn't go right, so you barely see good reviews unless it was over the top experience for them. I always order online, just because I know it can get busy and I don't perfer to wait long. Do I still have to wait when I order online? Absolutely, this isn't in the negative though, they just get a lot of orders because I, just like many others, get a drink in the morning at their busiest times.

The workers have always been kind, and they stay busy, I never see them on their phones or just standing around doing nothing. The drinks are always up to standard, none of this watered down crap that I see others have commented on.

If any of the current workers are reading this review, then keep up the good work. Don't let any of the negativity from others pull you down while you're working, don't let it carry itself passed those doors when you go home. You're doing enough and I see the hard work!“
