“Placed a semi large order last minute and they were very accommodating. Also provided me with great recommendations as far as ordering some things a bit in advance versus in person when I came to get the larger order so it stayed fresh. Shout out to Nim who offered great customer service!“

“As a long time Hilton Honors member travelling for work, this has been one of the better properties I have stayed at. They give me maximum points. No tricks (like breakfast I thought was free but actually costed me a bunch of points). Good help from the staff. Very friendly.“

“Friendly staff - they greet you as soon as you walk in the door. They go above and beyond by bringing beverages to guests sitting at tables. They remember their regulars and have meaningful dialogue with them. They have smiles and work together as a team. The atmosphere was friendly and warm. Even thought it wA very busy they gave each guest their undivided attention and quickly filled orders. Great job to all working today!!!“

“I'm shocked by all the bad reviews on here. I scanned through and they don't really reflect what I have witnessed for myself. Although people only tend to write reviews when something doesn't go right, so you barely see good reviews unless it was over the top experience for them. I always order online, just because I know it can get busy and I don't perfer to wait long. Do I still have to wait when I order online? Absolutely, this isn't in the negative though, they just get a lot of orders because I, just like many others, get a drink in the morning at their busiest times.

The workers have always been kind, and they stay busy, I never see them on their phones or just standing around doing nothing. The drinks are always up to standard, none of this watered down crap that I see others have commented on.

If any of the current workers are reading this review, then keep up the good work. Don't let any of the negativity from others pull you down while you're working, don't let it carry itself passed those doors when you go home. You're doing enough and I see the hard work!“
