Gabriele and I eat at Texas Roadhouse frequently. 2 to 3 years ago. Service and food became so bad instead of driving 1 mile to Douglasville Roadhouse, we started driving 15 miles to Hiram Roadhouse. Last year, we decided to try the Douglasville Roadhouse again. We were pleasantly surprised. Pat Gibson has turned this place around. The food is great and the service is outstanding. This is the absolute worst Texas Roadhouse in the nation. Steaks not cooked right can’t get drinks refilled no salad dressing or eggs on salad and it’s like this everytime we eat at this location.
This Texas Roadhouse was so good! I took my mom for the first time and she said she loved it. The service was great! Our waiter was Patrick and he was so kind and friendly to us! If you ever go i recommend that you ask for Patrick as your waiter. He’ll make your dining experience a 10/10, no doubt. Our food did not take long at all and as always the bread was delicious!
