Saffron Indian Restaurant is a hidden gem and a go-to spot for authentic Indian food. The food is delicious, tastes like it is made with love, and is always fresh. The extensive menu has many vegetarian options, with amazing veg dishes like saag with mushroom and giloda or tindora. Specific meals like Chole Bhatura, veg thali, lamb Rogan Josh, coconut chicken curry, and chicken vindaloo are all very good and taste authentic, reminding some of home. The chai is also good. The ambience gets a thumbs up.
The staff is always super friendly and the owner is very nice, a good family man who cares about customers with great respect and care. It is a must visit, especially for authentic Gujarati food and snacks, which are so good. Many customers plan to stop by while shopping next door, making it their go-to place when they need to eat out. It is highly recommended.
