“My husband has been coming here since he was a teenager. Now he brings me and our children. We come, you're often enough to say that the ice cream is still delicious. The food is good as well. No complaints. Prices can be a little spicy but these days where aren't they. It has been the same owners forever, and they're always so nice. 😊“

“This is the best ice cream in Atlanta. I've tried a variety if places since moving here in 2021, and this place is the best. They actually do HOMEMADE ice cream, not Hershey. Also the flavors are well balanced, creative, and they use a good percentage of air/overrun so the ice cream has a rich creamy texture. Lastly, the customer service is great.“

Walking up to the cashier to order, the young lady was very nice and greeted me with a smile. As I was the last of the group to order I knew what I wanted. I partook in a small vanilla on a cake cone with rainbow sprinkles (jimmies where I’m from). I placed my order, provided my name, and stood to the side. Once my order was ready, my name was called and my excitement started all over again. The ice cream was perfectly sculpted. It looked as if every sprinkle was perfectly placed and the ice cream to cone ratio was perfecttttttttttttttttttt. I’m one who bites the top of the swirl off first and upon FIRST BITE… I was planning my next visit back. LoL. Fresh Ice Cream Fresh Cone Super Fresh Sprinkles And best of all, the cream to sugar ratio was algebraically perfect. It’s official. I’ll be back in two weeks for my next fix. Dare I say, Big Softie is now in my Top 5 for Ice Cream, and #1 for Soft Serve. Do yourself a favor and get you some. 🥳“

“I would just like to give a BIG shout out to the staff at the Toco Hills location. Two days ago I placed an order for delivery to my son on his Birthday June 10th as a surprise. I had never ordered from them nor had anything delivered from them. When I placed the order everything was super easy. But I messed up and put in the address completely wrong. When I tried to revise, it wouldn't let me on line. I called the store for help, the girl who answered the phone was so polite and so helpful. She tried everything she could to help me but unfortunately she couldn't figure it out either. So I said, it's ok, thanks I will try again on my end. I still couldn't cancel or update. I called back the next morning and got another person who AGAIN was extremely patient and so very helpful. She did everything she could as well to help, finally she got a manager and they canceled my first order and we got it all straightened out. My son received his cookies today and enjoyed them so much and was also very surprised. I am so sorry I did not get anyone's name, but Management needs to know that you and your staff are doing a great job and are giving great customer service. Something that has lately gone by the wayside. I will definitely purchase again! Thank you.“

“I ordered Uber Eats from Donuts and Ice Cream – Atlantic Station in Atlanta, and I was genuinely impressed with how good everything was.

I got the strawberry with sprinkles donut and the maple donut, and both were fresh, soft, and flavorful. The strawberry one had a really nice sweetness without being overpowering, and the sprinkles added a fun texture without making it too sugary. The maple donut was my favorite of the two it had that rich, warm maple flavor that actually tastes real, not artificial, and it paired perfectly with the soft dough.

Overall, I would rank this spot as a solid number 3 compared to other well-known donut places I’ve tried like The Salty Donut and Revolution Doughnuts. Those two are still in a higher tier for me in terms of consistency and unique flavor variety, but Donuts and Ice Cream holds its own surprisingly well.

In fact, I’d say it comfortably beats Sarah’s Donuts by a mile. The texture alone is better lighter, fresher, and less dense. Sarah’s tends to feel a bit more basic in comparison, while Donuts and Ice Cream actually gives you that “fresh bakery” experience even through delivery.

What stood out most is that even after delivery, the donuts didn’t feel stale or heavy. They still had that soft, almost melt-in-your-mouth quality, which is hard to maintain with Uber Eats orders.

If I had to summarize:

“I was on a hunt for the gooey butter cake ice cream for at least a week. My search lead me to the Blue Bell creamery. Although the creamery doesn't service the public, there's was this ANGEL that answered the door. Mrs. Ray assisted me in locating a store nearby, and she made sure the next time one of her drivers serviced that particular store, they would have gallons of my requested ice cream. Boy oh boy! Thank you so much for continuing to make Blue Bell my favorite brand of ice cream!“

“Hidden gem that has handdipped delicious ice cream. The place looks like a start up business with not a lot of flare. What it lacks in appearance makes up in flavor. It's kinda pricey for ice cream $4.25 for a small two scoops cup or cone. They also have pints of the many flavors ready to go.“

“Kilwins has one of my favorite simple treats raspberry sorbet in a warm waffle cone. The sorbet is refreshing and not overly sweet, and the fresh waffle cone makes it even better. The desserts are definitely worth it. Customer service could be improved though. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming the welcoming was very dull, and the experience felt a little rushed every move i make they make it was weird but i love my sorbet combo and also i dont like the thick chunks of ice i reached out via email nobody contact me about my issue i had still waiting on a reply. I’d still come back for the sorbet and warm cone combo. Didn't like the chocolate covered pretzels takes old returned them.“
