“Started a conversation about live music with a couple guys on the back patio, about 5 minutes later they had a Martin acoustic and commenced to do about 90 minutes from Tom Petty to Skinnard to Zach Brown. I ain't from roun'here now, so maybe every place has patrons of this caliber... for me, The Watering Hole is the kind of perfect that comes with true stories like mine that other folks have a hard time believing. Everyone knew everybody except me, and I sincerely appreciate the hospitality. Thank you and see y'all again tonight!“
“Definitely have to have a sense of humor to enjoy the atmosphere. Great drinks for a fair price. They have live bands from time to time. Great staff friendly regulars. They also have pool tables, beer pong and corn hole. Bathrooms are unique but very clean.“
“Love this place, very friendly staff. Conveniently located. Sometimes my calzone is still ice cold and unmelted in the center, even when I ask for well done, would be my only complaint. It has happened 3 or 4 times. Everything else is great tho.“
“We were visiting from Atlanta and wanted a quick lunch. The bartender was so sweet and kind, so was the rest of the staff we interacted with.The food was outstanding! We had a slice of pizza & a salad. I normally don’t finish my plate, but I sure did here! I had a margarita pizza slice substitute spinach & add mushrooms. It was cooked to perfection! A perfect amount of every ingredient. The salad was a good size and the dressing was so good. The Pinot Grigio was good also.We will definitely add this to the list of places to come when we visit the lake.“
