I went into McAlister’s on yesterday (7/27). This so called manager Tyshaunna was so so rude. I had my It’s Friday coupon. She claim she couldn’t see it and it was right on my screen. Next I had a happy hour coupon for a 50% off drink. She didn’t use my coupons at all. The craziest thing is…my daughter and I was first in line. After I ordered my food my daughter was next. These salads are amazing & full of flavor. Great affordable healthy place to eat at a couple times a week !
First thing we noticed was the floor was sticky and extremely dirty at the register where you order cashier was not friendly saw the cook wipe his forehead and run his fingers through his hair and continue cooking ..gross..trying to read the menu decided it really wasn't a place I wanted to eat sort of lost my appetite my husband had a Reuben sandwich I had potato soup the cashier never offered us a drink with our meal we were so upset we never got a drink I would not go back...read full review
