“I ordered the blt+A which is the bacon lettuce tomato, with avocado. It was absolutely delicious. I got the Mac n cheese as a side, and my only complaint with the mac n cheese, is that it's a bit too... cheesy, but this won't effect my rating because I know a lot of people prefer it that way. “Today, I ordered three subs: a #56 Giant, a #13 Giant, and a #7 Regular. Unfortunately, one of the associates accidentally handed my Uber driver only one of the three subs. When the driver arrived, I realized two were missing. After addressing the issue with the delivery service and receiving a refund, I still felt the need to resolve things with the store.

When I called, the manager answered and immediately handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. After explaining what happened, the manager not only apologized but also offered me an extra sub of my choice (Regular or Giant) as a way to make up for the inconvenience. I chose a Giant, and it felt like a genuine gesture of care and acknowledgment of the mistake.

I want to commend the manager for their approach, especially compared to the dismissive attitudes I’ve experienced at some other sub shops.
