“I ordered the blt+A which is the bacon lettuce tomato, with avocado. It was absolutely delicious. I got the Mac n cheese as a side, and my only complaint with the mac n cheese, is that it's a bit too... cheesy, but this won't effect my rating because I know a lot of people prefer it that way. Overall great experience

“We come to this firehouse frequently after my son's appointments. An employee named Brent always makes our day. He goes above and beyond to greet us, talk with my son, and bring him a hat. His service is exceptional! We love it when he’s working!“

“Yall let me tell you I have found my Subway on Hwy 314. The sandwich and roll up queen is Ms. Destiny she makes the best I mean the best sandwiches and roll ups. She makes all of my sandwiches and she pays attention and has always got every order Ive placed right. So if you in the neighborhood of the Texaco on Hwy 138 and 314 check out Destiny at the Subway she will definitely feed you right.“

“Today, I ordered three subs: a #56 Giant, a #13 Giant, and a #7 Regular. Unfortunately, one of the associates accidentally handed my Uber driver only one of the three subs. When the driver arrived, I realized two were missing. After addressing the issue with the delivery service and receiving a refund, I still felt the need to resolve things with the store.
When I called, the manager answered and immediately handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. After explaining what happened, the manager not only apologized but also offered me an extra sub of my choice (Regular or Giant) as a way to make up for the inconvenience. I chose a Giant, and it felt like a genuine gesture of care and acknowledgment of the mistake.
I want to commend the manager for their approach, especially compared to the dismissive attitudes I’ve experienced at some other sub shops. Mistakes happen—we’re all human—but it’s how they’re addressed that makes all the difference. Thank you for turning a frustrating moment into a positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!“
