“We have been traveling for the past few months from NC to Atlanta to the Shepherd Center to see family. We found this little jewel early on and always stop now. Hannah is an ah-mazing waitress and even though we don’t come often, remembers us and our drinks. Great food and true hometown feeling. Wish we lived closer!“

“This morning I had an exceptional experience at this Chick-Fil-A location. The guy at the drive-thru intercom had the most sweet and nice energy, it was a very short interaction but made me feel so special the whole day. Also the young man who delivered my food was super kind and professional. I know Chick-Fil-A is known for their great customer service but this time it made it more special for me.“

“Hop's Kitchen is the best! Don't let the location escape you (right behind INK). I've had a number of different things and they are all G.R.E.A.T. If you like spicy, they will give you a spicy that warms your belly the entire day. Burgers were good and the momo bread... out of this world. We make an effort yo check them out whenever we are in the area.“

“One of our favorite places to get a sub! Local, delicious and the bread is amazing. And while you are at it, try the pizza! Homemade and drool worthy! On top of amazing food, every time we go in the service is amazing and friendly. We love Sugar Hill Subs!“

“Bowling $60 for an hr and mini golf $13ish per person was fun tho!! Food was yummy. We got the pepe balls, bbq sandwich, and tenders. Yummy. The parking lot at the place you have to pay to park as it is not decoys parking lot is $8. So just go park in one of the parking decks. Sunday is hit or miss if they are busy bar tender said. Was pretty dead when we went from 4-6ish today on a Sunday.“

“We were visiting from SC and found this place. We were greeted by the owner and had a nice chat with him at our table. Our server (Natalie) was great and we had a nice chat with her as well. The food was great.“

“The service was excellent, the facility is very clean, but the food....the food, well🤔, is just eh😩, pretty basic🤷🏿♂️. My Philly cheesesteak could have used some salt and pepper. I asked for mayo on my sandwich and I got mayo packs instead!🤦🏿 The fries were the conventional flash frozen fries and not the fresh hand cut ones. The black and bleu burger was pretty good though. 😋👌🏿. My friends and I may come here to watch some college games since they're not that crowded.“

“Save your money….. conveyor belt oven on pre-made crust, flash frozen sausage like dominos. We were so hoping to have another option for a real NY style pizza. The place is real nice and the staff were all attentive. While eating our pie, the wife and I were discussing the appearance and taste when one of the managers visited the table. It was our first visit and I complemented them on the staff and atmosphere. While chatting, I asked about their ovens. I mentioned that I had been in the pizza business in the past and I recognized that the crust had not been cooked on a hot stone/pizza oven. The manager said yea we use the conveyor chain ovens to keep up with the volume. We then discussed the sausage that was revealed to be flash frozen. Upon further observance and looking at other pies coming out, it appeared that the crust may be pre made as well. We notice no bubbles or irregularities the are usually found while doing hand tossed. Conclusion. Atmosphere and staff are great, but the pies? If you want an inexpensive pie with frozen inexpensive ingredients settle for the dominos pizza and save yourself a good bit of money.“

“The food was delicious, as always . The servers were all friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, it is rare to find that combination in today's service Industries. I was so impressed, in fact, that I took the time to write a letter to the president of the company to write of our experience there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Be sure you locate the entrance. Do do not try to enter from the University side of the building unless you are coming across the ramp over the street.“

“Sunday, brother and I choose to have dinner at this place and it was the best decision. Entrance greeting Service was great! It was a 30 min waiting time but they took care of us way faster !! Our server Hispanic young fella was awasome very polite and fantastic people skills very friendly, food was incredible delicious and fresh brewed coffee I will definitely come back and highly recommend . Thanks for making us feel very welcome 😀“

“Great Chicken Sandwiches. Crispy and tender. It tastes little spicy but not overwhelming. I would recommend this place to family's with and without children.
Vegetarian options: They have food that most anyone can choose from no matter what your personal dietary choice is.“

“Came in today 7/31/2025 8:35pm, I’ve got to say - I’m lost for words! First things first the food came out great! Very fresh and amazing! BIG BIG RECOGNITION for the lady upfront I believe she is the manager, she had a red shirt on and spoke both English and Spanish! Just wow! - exceptional customer service!! Probably the best service I’ve got in my whole life experience at Zaxbys! She did absolutely fantastic! For me to get my food fresh and for me to have written a review trust me, it had to be the best!“

“Must try it, we loved their food and the service was over the top.
We had a veggie wrap which was great, then i got the french dip sandwich with a side of broccoli and cheese soup that it was really good, then a Carrot cake that had a homemade feeling to it and their strawberry lemonade it was one of the best i have tried.
Update August 2025: everything was great.“

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Panera Bread, and I have to say, the highlight of my experience wasn’t just the food—it was the incredible service from Natalie Flores. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a charismatic energy that instantly brightened my day.
Natalie is not only beautiful but also exceptionally attentive. She made sure my order was perfect and even offered great recommendations. I went with the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and a Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and both were absolutely delicious. She also suggested I try the new Chocolate Coconut Macaroon, and I’m so glad I did—it was incredible!
Beyond just taking my order, Natalie made the experience feel personal. She checked in to see if I needed anything else, all while managing to keep the busy café running smoothly. Her kindness and professionalism truly set her apart. If you ever visit this Panera, I highly recommend looking for Natalie—her service alone makes the visit worthwhile!“

“I've never been a fan of Zaxby's, but after years, I decided to try their Asian Zalad, along with Teriayki Wings..... VERY good, with the exception of the salad being soggy.
Maybe separate the more "liquid" ingredients and dressing to be combined just before enjoying?“

“Stopped here on a whim and had an unexpected great experience. I was worried as line was 5 cars but after giving my order the line was gone. Paid at the window and the food came out immediately. It was like they already knew what we wanted to order. My sandwich and fries were steaming hot and fresh, just the way I like it. One of the best food experiences I've had in years, no cap.“

“The night manager here is none other than Mauricio from the other Zaxby's on Textile Way. So this should tell you customer service here just went up another level. This location had good customer service and alright food when they didn't mess up your order. And now Mauricio is here. I placed a simple order, and it was accurate. I asked the cashier what happened, and she replied they had gotten a manager Mauricio.
I now recommend this location.

“My whole entire order was wrong asked for no cheese and no egg on my chicken muffin And I
received only cheese and egg. Not Happy when i got to wk and got ready to eat it. So needless to say i threw it away. My 4 ct minis were missing 3 yes I only had one in box. Course I ate it before I snaped a picture of my muffin. Happy Monday All“

“Christy catered our wedding reception and words cannot describe how satisfied we are! We told her the style of our wedding and she created a menu based on the price range we wanted and everybody loved it. The desserts were delicious as well and she did a great job with our cake too.“
