Some of their employees are rude and lazy. And apparently aren't trained in customer service.
Went to the store on 82 and 17 fell on an oil spill in the parking lot. No accident report was taken they took my business card and said that a manager would call me back, heard nothing. Called corporate they said a district manager would call heard nothing. I was covered in head to toe in oil. Hit my head and back when I feel.
