“My husband I dined here after a show at Springer. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I enjoyed the decor, especially the little lights on the tables. My husband ordered a steak, and I chose the crab cakes. My husband’s steak was cooked to perfection, and both meals tasted very fresh and delicious. The prices were very reasonable for the portion sizes and the quality of the food. We plan to visit again, and I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want quality food and exceptional service.“

“Came here to eat for the first time after my family has been recommending them to me for years! We were a little late because the time online says they close at 10 but they actually close at 9. They explained that they were unable to go online and change it but they were very nice about us being there and still served us with kindness, accuracy and great hospitality! The food was hands down the best I’ve had at any local fish place. My husband and I had the 3 pc while catfish. My husbands was a Togo order and even after home waiting to eat his until midnight his was still delicious. My husband said whoever they have there cooking the fish knew what they are doing because the fish literally just falls off the bone. They give u plenty of slaw which is also the best slaw and hush puppies I’ve ever had. This will be my new regular place to eat fish and I can’t wait to try their other meals! Our server Hannah was so very kind to us. We felt so bad about being so close to closing time but she made us feel very welcomed and comfortable! Thanks you guys! “I've been going to this Sharks location for about 5 years, and I've never had a problem with ANYTHING, LIKE EVER!!! That definitely deserves a shout-out!!! And no matter what I order, the food is always hot and fresh. I also want to recommend the whole catfish plate and the cheesecake!!!“

“There aren’t any Captain D’s where I live, so I can only get it in the south when I’m down here. I did the drive-thru for an early lunch. The ultimate feast was good; I got okra and fries (which were perfectly crispy). The fish was good as usual; not as greasy as LJS, and with a lighter flavor. Shrimp & stuffed crab were great as well. “We started out having a bad experience with William. He wasn't very knowledgeable about the menu. Everything was he didn't know. It appeared that he did not want to serve us or the other tables around. Listening to the statement he made that these doesn't look like good tipping tables. We ordered but asked for the manager. We watched him never go to the manager, we asked for several items that he never brought. As the manager, Amanda or Maranda was making rounds again, we told her what was happening and how we felt. She most definitely turned everything around!! She refilled our drinks and brought more bread. William had gave me my Mariners boil and all of the sauce was at the bottom. She brought more hot garlic sauce and made my meal look like the picture. I forgot to mention she had me join a club where I get free food if I get a certain amount of points. Andddd she helped me create a mukbang tik tok! Red Lobster has definitely gotten better!!!! See u when we return!

“This is a must stop at I go everytime I'm in town I use to go to the one in Phenix City until my friend took me here and the food is so much better and that Strawberry cheesecake is a must pick up. The ladies here have you in and out with no headache.“

“The food was good, the chicken was small like I like it (I hate bionic wings), I wish I would have gotten the extra hot bc my hot wings were mild to me. Also the fries were overcooked. But, I didn't come here to say that, I came to rate the customer service, which was a 10 out of 10. The young lady greeted every person that walked through the door, even when she was busy. There was a rude dasher that came in and thought he could jump to the front of the line, nope! She didn't miss a beat and took everyone in the order they came in. She also replace my flat soda, which most places are apprehensive of replacing after you have drunk out of it. Lastly, that off putting smell as you walk in needs to be handled, all I want to smell when I walk in to a wing place are wings!“
