“They're alright, but for some reason they don't carry Swiss cheese. And if you order a footlong meatball sub, watch them because they like to short you on the number of meatballs. Today is the third time they only put seven on mine.“

“I visited my FAVORITE Jersey Mike's today. My favorite smiley guy Haden, suggested I try their New Classic Pastrami sub. (which I did).
It was simply delicious, it was neatly prepared and omg...it had a generous portion of meat and fixins, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Thank you again, smiling guy for the recommendation. I'll admit, I always feel good about spending my money at this establishment.... it doesn't come with a negative ATTITUDE like other restaurants in the area. !!

“Food was delicious but very small portion. Would not recommend if super hungry. Nice light portion. Customer service was ok. Spoke and use general manners but wasn't a big welcoming vibe. Looked clean overall when walking around. Ordered to go. Traffic is super bad on Washnington rd but all the food places are right in this area. This was near our hotel visiting for the weekend.“

“Born and raised in New York I grew up eating blimpie subs which of course we called blimps. It's nice that the sandwiches are just as good as I remember and the person who made my sub made it with love and patience. Food ALWAYS tastes better when the person handling the food enjoys preparing food for others. Best experience I have had in a long time.“

“My first time here 3/18/25. The cashier Daisy was patient with me while ordering. She was knowledgeable about the choices of salads and able to help me select. I ordered the Jalapeno Holly (Slight kick but not overwhelming). The grape salad is a tad sweet for my taste but good. I went at about 20 mins to close & they delivered great customer service overall.“

“By far the cleanest, well-managed Jersey Mike's I've ever stepped foot in. Unbelievably careful for my gluten allergy. They guys cleaned the entire store before fixing my sandwich. They had a lunch rush and still made sure to accommodate my allergy.

“Just left Jersey Mike's and I love the Philly steak sandwiches but the cook cooked the sandwich so fast it wasn’t even done. So I had to throw the sandwich out so I would not get sick. Really fast service is great but please have your cooks take the time to cook the sandwich all the way through thanks“

“The staff was wonderful and the food was great. I called the next day and told them I was sending my secretary to pick up the same thing from the night before. They remembered me and the young man on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about. When she got there they were very nice to her and my order was perfect. I even had a nice note wrote on my order from the guy I talked to on the phone​ letting me know that he made my meal with care. They have a new regular now. Great customer service goes a long way.“

“The greatest Chef Salad of a lifetime can be found that this specific McAlister’s location. The ratio of every single vegetable was PERFECT.

I have no idea who was in that kitchen today but y’all better give that person a raise and make sure THEY NEVER QUIT MAKING THAT FOOD.

“COY has the best service ever! I am from out of town and trying to stick to a diet and was trying to find Jimmy John's and had a lot of trouble finding the location. I called for directions. Coy, helped me and then when he didn't see me after about 3 minutes, he Called me back!!! to make sure I could find my way. The place didn't disappoint, very clean and of course amazing service.

“We visit this location often and this was definitely the best experience we’ve had. We placed on online order and it was ready promptly. Our sandwiches were made wonderfully and the young man working was by himself. “After I was very dissatisfied with a Caesar salad from another deli, I gave this one a chance. The comparison of the two was indescribable. The staff were much more friendly than the other deli and had much more enthusiasm and even double checked to make sure I had my Caesar dressing. It tasted very good and wasn't watered down like the other one. I love this place and will definitely be coming back!

“I thought that young people did not work hard! I was wrong... This is the subway that I have went to for years. I needed to order 2 subs and did not think I would have enough time because the line was long and I know that service is not what it used to be... or so I thought. The young man making sandwiches did not lose his manner or sense of urgency while the orders stayed coming. My hat is off to you young man.
