“I go to the Nu Way in Fort Valley and the food is good but the workers go outside and smoke then come right back in and don’t wash their hands. That is a turn off for me. I would go there just about every morning until I witnessed seeing them smoke and go back to work as usual without washing their hands.“

“What can I say, if you have been to one Wendy's you have been to them all, the interior is the same as all the rest, the menu is the same, but where this differentiated from the rest, was the young lady working the register, she was awesome, very respectful, and made sure everything was to my daughter and I liking, I wish I had gotten her name because I would of sent her praises and made sure corporate knew. But overall great experience would definitely frequent this Wendy's again if I'm ever in the area.“

“I've never had a problem as far as how the food taste, but this is the second time this month I've had problem with not getting all that I've ordered. Two weeks ago I ordered bacon king (meal) double bacon cheeseburger (meal) two 10 PC nuggets and a regular double cheeseburger (meal). everything was good but when I got home I realized they didnt give a fry for the DC meal also no drink with it. Tonight only ordered 2 ten PC nuggets. PAID for two they didnt give a receipt then tried to say I didnt order two of them when they could've went back and looked at the order and clearly saw that i ordered two and i only got 1. BK yall need to do better. i understand rough nights and a rush before closing but yall need to step it up and correct mistakes instead of telling the customer their wrong when the customer knows what they ordered and also repeated it back to you to be sure you got it correct.“

“I towed Miss Jackee's car for her, and she insisted on thanking me with lunch. These wings are the best wings I have ever tasted. The Mike Brown is a stellar, balanced sauce that needs to be bottled ASAP! Thank you Miss Jackee for being awesome!“
