“I mobile order nearly everywhere. Lately, this restaurant has only had Buffalo Ranch and 2 other dipping sauces. Yesterday, they only had Buffalo Ranch. If you order a different dipping sauce then what they have, they don't say anything. They just hand you the bag. Only one person has said anything in 3 weeks. She had on a different styled uniform, so she may have been a supervisor/manager. Yesterday, the lady at the window seemed so annoyed I asked about the sauce before pulling off. 1 to 2 times I wouldn't even care too much like it's just sauce, but this is the 5th time now. & all, but this time, I was headed to work. ( & Yes, I have ordered the sauces that were available at the last visit each time. I also haven't seen any signs out & the app still has all of them listed.) IF THERE IS A SIGN, I APOLOGIZE & I WILL UPDATE ASAP!“

“We went through the drive through, and the guy that took our order (name tag was jhy) showed the best customer service, he gave us recommendations about one of the items we ordered and had us use the app to help us save some money. He put a smile on our faces!“

“Im giving them 5 stars bc they stay open late & it's basically for people like me & my friends who work late or college students. It's good food at a low price. Love the BBQ plate & quesadillas which I put the BBQ on. The cheesecake is the beat dessert. I like the mocha shake. I wish I had pictures but I eat it before I think about it so it's too late. Next time lol

Vegetarian options: I have vegan & vegetarian friends who eat here with me. Idek what they order

Parking: They have a decent parking lot by a mall with lots of parking

Kid-friendliness: I bring my toddler and he likes it but no playgrounds so don't expect that plz“

“Just had an amazing experience at this restaurant. We have had questionable service here before and almost didn't go but we had amazing customer service tonight from an employee Alvin Johnson. He completely changed our outlook on this place. Definitely need more customer service employees like him!“

Parking: There are times that you have to go all the way down to the other end in order to park, but that’s because you’re in a strip mall and that is to be expected.

Wheelchair accessibility: There doesn’t always seem to be enough handicap parking.“

“First visit to this location. Upon entry, I felt like I was taken back in time to the 80’s or 90’s. I felt a sense of nostalgia. Although the place was dated, it was clean and appeared to be well taken care of. My family and I were starving, however, I didn’t want to eat too much. The kids ordered kids meal cheeseburger🍔, fries and drink. I got a Jr whopper with vanilla shake. My sister got the churros (new on the menu). I forgot to take a picture of their meals and my shake.. The churros was not as sweet as I thought. My burger 🍔 looked well made. Food was good. We would return again.“

The churro flavor that hardens into a shell on the vanilla ice cream if you don't know what churro tastes like...If you have ever eaten Cinnamon toast crunch!! “Everyone was texting about how great the Crispy Fried Chicken is at KFC on Manchester Expressway. I had to go check it out. Visited it on Feb. 25, 2025 around 5:30PM in the evening. What a treat. I ordered 8 piece for 10, Large coleslaw, 4 fluffy biscuits. It was so many folks wanting the same KFC chicken we had to wait in the parking lot. That says how good the food is. The Service was remarkable, polite,very professional. Dorion was the cashier,a nice young gentleman with long hair brought my order to the car. The chicken was Delicious, hot, ready to enjoy. Great meal for the evening! I will be returning very soon. Thank you!“

“II rarely visit Hardee's, but when I do, it's typically for a breakfast biscuit every six months or so, usually on a Sunday when I forget Chick-fil-A is closed. In my opinion, Hardee's offers some of the best breakfast biscuits among fast food options. This particular location was good, though somewhat challenging to access due to its location. Pricing was consistent with standard Hardee's rates.“
