Great atmosphere. Good comedy. Staff handled things well. Couple beside us was being loud and obnoxious. However, Some of the staff asked them to keep it down a few times and they proceeded to keep talking shit to the point they were asked to leave. Overall the situation was handled professionally and they apologized to us and kept it moving for a great night of laughs. We will be back. Our only complaint was how hot it was in there.
Good place to come if you're out on a Friday or Saturday night and want chill vibes and like to dance. Also has comedy at least 1 night a month.
Incredible bar in Gainesville. Very passionate staff and owners; special shout out to Tony- an epic individual who makes sure everyone has a great time and gets home safely to talk about it!

The experience is rated 10 out of 10, especially for celebrations like birthdays. Parking is convenient with 2 free garages nearby. The bar Hopscotch serves amazing drinks, with a playlist that includes metal music. The breakfast sandwich is a delicious choice, better than waiting at other places. Whether for a comedy night or a casual hangout, Blue Door offers a memorable and enjoyable experience.
