Over the past year and a half we have traveled this route between Baxley Ga and Beaufort sc many times. We noticed how beautiful the property was but never stopped. Food was great, wine was fantastic, Charles was a rockstar, and Deborah’s hospitality was best around! The story behind the vineyard and winery is cherry on top to this excellent establishment. The wine tasting is a must! Highly recommend checking it out - we will be back.

My husband and I had a very nice lunch here at Watermelon Creek. The food was great (I had the salad sampler), portions nice, owners were pleasant. We took a walk around the lake after eating! Great afternoon. We will return! Must make reservations!
