We arrived late for our reservation and while we waited a while to be seated the manager Catherine made our experience extraordinary offering us drinks before being seated as well as complimentary appetizers and desserts. She was truly amazing and made the whole evening special. Thank you!
My wife’s Prime Rib and my Grouper were cooked to perfection and delicious. The service was above and beyond our expectations. Our server, Brittany was professional, attentive, and has an incredibly enthusiastic personality with the desire to provide the highest level of personal service. ESSĒ at Reynolds Lake Oconee is a decent clubhouse restaurant with a nice terrace and bar area. The food is generally very good, with pleasant pricing. The standout feature is the service, particularly from server Aliah Beasley, who is described as having a great personality and being knowledgeable about the menu.

However, the restaurant has also faced some service issues, with one group experiencing problems such as missing plates, napkins, and flatware, as well as difficulty getting water refills and the server seeming overwhelmed.
