“Frequent here quite a bit, but had to update my review as of my latest visit. On 3/29/25 about 2:30 pm I’ll just say I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant in my life (including Chicfila). Every employee from the moment I arrived to the moment I left was as pleasant as could be and made me feel like the customer was important. My order was spot on correct and food was fresh. I hope they keep it up and the employees are rewarded by management.“
“Food & service is usually good. Today, my JBC didn't have any bacon on it. Also, shouldn't a Baconator have more than 1 piece of bacon broke in 3 pieces? Isn't the reason it's called a Baconator because it's supposed to have a lot of bacon on it?“
